CANCELLATION POLICY
Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival.
If cancelled within 28 days of arrival, the total reservation price will be charged.
No-show guests will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Full refund (minus an administration fee) for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking.
No refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of check-in or for early departures. A 3% administration fee applies to all cancellations.
Refunds may take 7-10 working days to process.
Reservation dates cannot be changed within the cancellation period.
House Rules .
Adults-only: Not suitable for children or infants.
No pets allowed.
No smoking on the property.
No parties or events.
No additional guests allowed.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission.
A €250 refundable security deposit is required before arrival (subject to terms & conditions).
