CANCELLATION POLICY
The guest can cancel free of charge until 28 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 28 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
Full refund (less administration fee) for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, in. No refunds for cancellations made within 28 days of check-in or early departure. A 3% administration fee will apply to all cancellation's refunds may take 7-10 working days to reach your account.
Reservation Dates cannot be changed within the cancellation period
The Lodge features a Spiral Staircase to access the upstairs Bedroom please note it may not be suitable for Persons with restricted or Poor mobility.
Not suitable for children or infants and are not allowed on the premises for any duration
Not suitable for pets
No smoking
No parties or events
No Guests are permitted on the premises. The Management reserve the right to refuse admission.
A €250 refundable security deposit is required before arrival (subject to terms & conditions).
